UPDATE.

It's been half a year, or well... 4 months. Whatever. I haven't blogged since school started, and I apologize. Someone hit me up to tell me to update my blog, so here I am.

A shitload has changed ever since I was last on here.
First things first - I took off my braces, which is life-changingly amazing.

Yeah. This top is from a nice classy shop at Far East Plaza. Far East Plaza has loads of tacky shops, but there are also some REALLY NICE shops, however their price are a bit higher. The one I got this top from had different brands like Zara, and Topshop, and some other shitt. This was like.. $30 I think, but it's really unique because of the patterned collar and patterned button-up. I'll post a clearer picture in the future.

And, I've started trying out false eyelashes. The first time I wore it was at a charity catwalk, and then again at a photoshoot for Trisha Vu's collection:
www.trishavu.com
Falsies really change your entire look. It makes you look so much older, and doll-like. It's definitely something to try as it's pretty fun :) Putting it on takes practice, and I've only done it myself like twice, but it really isn't hard at all. I like using tweezers to help me place it on my lashline. These are my first two sets I got from far east.

One pair at a regular shop like watson's or robinson's or.. sephora is usually about $10-20. And it can cost up to like 30 or 40 I think. When I first saw the ones on my right in the picture, I bought it immediately as it was like $10 for 10 PAIRS. But I realized after looking at other shops that this same exact ones were sold for $5. Why is it so cheap? Because it's absolute trash. The bands are thick, and they're not even thin or suitable for putting it on your eyes. And, when I put it on, it's so uncomfortable and heavy. I look a bit like a drag with these. I bought the ones on the left yesterday for $15. It has five pairs. I was quite excited as the shop that sold this had the ones from regular shops - but it's fake. Like they copied the same design and everything, and they sell it in sets of 5 or 10. Pretty good I have to sayy. I haven't worn them yet, but they look pretty real when I just put them on my eyes, however it looks really really long so I probably have to pair it up with some heavy makeup. It's not like I'm gonna wear it daily anywayss.

I am currently in exam week right now. It started last Friday, with Science, and English. I thought I did okay, not too bad or not perfect. And yesterday I had Math and Business. I bullshitted my whole way through Business, but for math I aced like 3/4 of it, as it was shit easy. And the 1/4 were the really tough questions which I missed 2 of, so we'll seeeee. I have a free day today, just staying at home doing my art exam preparation sheet - which I will take a picture of when I'm finished. My art exam is on Friday, and it's 4 hoursssss. Oh my god, kill mee. I've got so much prep work to do, I can't imagine when the real IGCSE comes. I think that's 8 hours.

My hair has finally gotten to my belly button, it covers my whole back now. It's grown so much D: Like 4 inches since august?

I'm gonna cut it during the winter break like 10 to 15 cm I think. And then ombre it again.

Bye!

Oh I forgot, I'm gonna leave you with this gif that I made as a joke because my friend Sofia was telling me about this c0000l girl making a gift just playing with her tapers.

I'm cool.

:) I went to a party on Friday and that was pretty amazing, except for the little kids fooling around and well, being kids.
Yesterday was pretty boring as I went to abercrombie & fitch for like an hour for the job information session and realized it was only for like 18 year olds and above. I'll work there someday, someday :)
I just stayed home basically today and yesterday, besides the abercrombie thing. Pretty boring shit. I woke up and my mom wasn't home, leaving me with nothing to eat for the whole day, and I didn't even know she wasn't gonna come back till like at night. So I was left with some instant food.
Oh yeah, looks pretty good right? Then you see the actual food.
It looked pretty gross because it was more of sauce than meat, but it was better than other instant food I've tried, so meh, and it was reallly spicy, which I love.
And for dinner, I ate some korean instant noodles, oh so healthy.
It's only the noodles because I finished the soup before taking the picture.
And here's my dog with her new rubber duck toy, and she can't stop biting those slippers, it's so annoying.
Since I had so much time in my hands, I did my nails :) French manicure is much easier than I remember.
And this is from todayy. I drink this smoothie like almost everyday, I just started hehe I'll make a how-to thing someday. I got this from my friend Amanda who moved, when I was sleeping over at hers. It's so healthy and good nomnom.

And some random things I use daily, put together.

Fun fun fun. I'M SO BORED.

Personal Project & School.

I spent the whole entire afterschool yesterday trying to rush through writing my process journal for personal project. If you guys don't know what personal project is, well it's a project that all MYP schools have to do. You choose your own topic and you research blah blah, and you have to create a product. FUN! You have all summer and all the way till start of November to do this. I know it sounds like a lot of time, but when you've got other homeworks piled up, and when you're still in 'summer' mode, it's a shitload of work. And plus, I barely did anything during my summer. Who wants to do homework during your free time? My product is a scrapbook of makeup tips, makeovers, and tutorials. I guess I'll post pictures of the makeovers when I actually do it.

So anywayyy. I've been raving about lookbook.nu all over again. I used to like get bored of it, but I'm so into it right now.

This guy is a pretty good-looking asian, and I think he's gay, but doesn't matter :)

I found him through one of my favorite blogs: http://outofabook.blogspot.com/

And here are some other looks I adore from lookbook -

Even though this look is simple, I love the simplicity and the heels with the folded jeans.

I saw these heels at Bugis on Saturday, and urgh I didn't buy it because I thought it was too high, but it actually looks amazing here. And, the skirt with the top <3

That's all for today, because I have to find images of "scenes from my life," or what describes "me," for my art homework. Yay.

Shopping Spree @ Bugis & Haji Lane

I was out yesterday with Sofia and Sara, and we spent the whole entire day shopping and taking pictures :)
Haji Lane
Probably not the best picture because it looks like Chinatown when really it's far from it.
Here's what I bought (clothing):

Sorry for the poor quality :( I'm still learning how to use my new lenses which I talked about in my other post :) I purchased it because I found it it was only SGD$120 :) And I bought some polaroid lenses as well fo rmy bigger lens, which takes out the reflection when taking pictures, like when you're taking through a window or something. Pretty cool. :)

We bought these amazing pretty cupcakes from Haji Lane -

I think this was cookies & cream?
This was my Red Velvet Cupcake
 Creds to Sofia ^

 And Sofia again^

Rainbow cupcake which is often seen on tumblr :)

And here comes the camwhoring -

Just a tad embarrassing as we try to be g.

Moustache :) Sara.

The cutest finnish girls you'll ever meet; Sara & Sofia

So what about today. I finished my MYP on Trade Unions, urgh. And attempted on some math questions.

I posted a new look on my LOOKBOOK as well.
Outfit of the day -

Please hype? Thank you <3

You've probably noticed, I changed my banner as well.

Nothing at alll

I planned to shower my dog, take her for a walk, and start packing for my trip to Manila as I'll be busy in the next couple days. I've only taken my dog for a walk today. Lazy lazy day, but who cares, it's summer.

I had a huge craving for the best spicy noodles in Singapore by Crystal Jade -
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
And I just ate this yesterday...

ANYWAYS, I experimented with my camera again today, taking more shorts scenes with the video setting this time, and I edited it, but I don't know if it's saved, and it's really crappy so I might/might not put it up. But, I've put up a new photo on my flickr :) Please check it out, all though it's not exactly my best, or.. even good.

I've gotten a picture to put up though, with my new dyed hair with liese, and the color is marshmallow brown. I dyed my hair for the first time, and it's really quite a hassle, and not fun to do at all. The texture was not foamy like it was stated but whatever. The picture doesn't really show the true color in real life, heck - it doesn't even show much difference but here's just a visual.
My brother has come up with a few races/nationalities he has come up with, because well - I look weird, I don't look like a certain.. race? country? nationality? It's hard to describe if you see me in real life. He first came up with those wannabe white asians, then half japanese, half hawaiiwan... Full hawaiian.. Mix of.. whatever.
And here's a teapot set for you.

I just thought I would take a picture of it because I see tea sets everywhere on tumblr. ;) ;) ;)

A change in this crap blog.

Nobody reads this shit but whatever. :)

I'm gonna fill this blog up with photos mostly, and they're all - most are gonna be test photography because I've been experimenting with my camera lately so more pro photos to come along? Don't judge on my poor skills though.

I really want this lens right now so I can get a "bokeh," effect, which is like those nice smooth blurred background and a focused subject.

Like -
Photo credit to Taz Spin from Flickr.

I've been trying to do this bokeh effect thing and improve on my photography with my 18-55mm lens.

I love makeup and the art of it. ^This picture wasn't fully loaded :(
